Trench Metals Corp., now known as Patterson Metals Corp., has announced a significant share consolidation and a corporate rebranding following approvals at their recent shareholders’ meeting. The consolidation will reduce the current shares from over 54 million to approximately 5.5 million, streamlining the company’s capital structure. These changes are pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
