Trench Metals Corp., soon to be known as Patterson Metals Corp., has announced a one-for-ten share consolidation and a name change effective around September 24, 2024, with shares trading under the new ticker symbol ‘PAT’. This strategic move, aimed at enhancing the capital structure, will see the current number of shares reduced to approximately 5.5 million.
