Trellus Health PLC has announced a change in major holdings, with Mr. Ian Amiee and related parties crossing a notable threshold on June 25, 2024, now holding a combined 3.32% in voting rights, equivalent to 5,365,000 shares. The notification, completed in London on the same date, follows an acquisition or disposal of voting rights and financial instruments by the Amiee family and their associated entity, Doolittle act Amiee SSAS.
