Their proprietary Trellus Elevate™ program, underpinned by the GRITT™ methodology, has shown significant improvements in patient outcomes, including a 71% reduction in emergency visits and a 94% reduction in unplanned hospitalizations. This approach has also led to a substantial decrease in opioid and corticosteroid use among patients, positioning the company as a potential cost-saver for healthcare systems.
