Trelleborg AB has repurchased 87,967 series B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm between April 13 and 17, 2026, under its ongoing buyback program of up to 7.5 million series B shares or SEK 1.5 billion. The purchases, executed by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank on Trelleborg’s behalf, were made at daily weighted average prices ranging from about SEK 374 to SEK 389, bringing the company’s total holding of its own series B shares to 7,516,837.

The buyback is aimed at optimizing Trelleborg’s capital structure to enhance shareholder value and to secure shares for its Performance Share Program 2025/2027, with most repurchased shares intended for future cancellation subject to shareholder approval. Following completion of the current program period ending April 22, 2026, the board will reassess the scale of further repurchases, a move that underscores Trelleborg’s active capital management and potential for continued returns to shareholders.
