Trelleborg has repurchased 120,000 series B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm between March 23 and 27, 2026, as part of its ongoing buyback program of up to 7.5 million shares or SEK 1.5 billion. The purchases, executed via DNB Carnegie Investment Bank, are intended to optimize the capital structure, increase shareholder value, and provide shares for the company’s 2025–2027 performance share program.

Following these transactions, Trelleborg holds 7,250,911 series B shares out of a total 231,328,373 outstanding shares across its A and B classes. The board plans to cancel most repurchased shares via future AGM resolutions, reinforcing a shareholder-friendly capital allocation strategy while maintaining sufficient stock to service long-term incentive schemes.
