Tree Island Steel Ltd. successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting, where all proposed director nominees were elected by shareholder vote, with participation from around 65.45% of outstanding shares. The company, which produces a wide range of wire products for various applications and markets them under several brand names, continues to strengthen its leadership team. Notably, Sam Fleiser received the highest approval rate at 98.5%, reflecting strong shareholder confidence.
