Treatt PLC, a UK-based company, has announced the grant of share options to its Chief Financial Officer, Ryan Govender, under its employee share option scheme. The options are part of a three-year savings plan, with the transaction taking place on 11 July 2024, involving 4,000 shares at a price of £3.71 each.
