Treatt plc announced the retirement of Dr. David Johnston, a Non-Executive Director who has served on the board for 14 years. His departure will occur after the company’s AGM in January 2025, with CEO David Shannon taking over as chair of the Board’s ESG Advisory Panel. Dr. Johnston will continue to provide industry advice even after stepping down, marking a transition period for Treatt.
