Treasury Metals Inc. has successfully closed the second tranche of its private placement, raising a total of C$6.4 million. The company also completed its transition from the Ontario jurisdiction to British Columbia and will be relisting on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new name ‘NeXGold Mining Corp.’, with a share consolidation set to take effect shortly.
