Treasure Global Inc has bolstered its leadership by appointing Leong Wei Ping and Anand Ramakrishnan to its Board of Directors. Leong now chairs the Audit Committee and serves on both the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Compensation Committee. Anand joins him on these committees and takes the role of Chairman of the Compensation Committee, bringing fresh perspectives to the company’s governance and financial oversight.
