Travis Perkins PLC has notified of a change in a major share interest, with Bank of America Corporation updating its calculation methodology for cash equity positions. The changes have resulted in a new total voting rights percentage of 1.888432%, reflecting a significant decrease from the previously notified 7.364105%. The notification follows the crossing of a threshold on May 14, 2024, and was completed in the UK.
