Travis Perkins, a leading UK building materials supplier, has announced the grant of nil cost options to CEO Peter Redfern as part of the company’s Restricted Share Plan. A total of 108,373 options were awarded based on a share price of £8.766, which will vest over three years with an additional two-year holding period. The options, subject to performance criteria, will be exercisable up to ten years from the grant date.
