Travis Perkins plc has announced the appointment of Geoff Drabble as Non-Executive Director and future Chair, effective from October 1, 2024. Drabble, with a rich background in building materials and equipment hire, is expected to drive growth and profitability for the company alongside the newly formed leadership team. His compensation aligns with the company’s current remuneration policy, earning £64,272 annually as a Non-Executive Director, which will increase to £350,000 upon taking over as Chair.
