TravelSky Technology successfully passed all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 20, 2024, including the approval of the Board’s report, financial statements, and final dividend distribution for 2023. Shareholders unanimously voted in favor of the final dividend distribution, with the majority supporting the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association. The meeting was overseen by the PRC auditor BDO China SHU LUN PAN Certified Public Accountants LLP.
