TravelSky Technology Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.16 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023, to be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09772, resulting in HKD 0.17564 per share. Shareholders must register by 27 June 2024 to be eligible for the dividend, which is payable on 25 September 2024. A 10% withholding tax will be applied to non-resident individual shareholders, while resident individuals will be subject to a 20% tax rate.
