Travelers Companies ( (TRV) ) has shared an update.
On May 15, 2026, Travelers entered into a new five-year revolving credit agreement for up to $1.2 billion with a syndicate of banks led by Citibank, replacing a prior $1.0 billion facility that was terminated the same day. The facility, which matures on May 15, 2031 unless ended earlier, can be used for general corporate purposes and features interest based on base rates or SOFR plus a margin that varies with Travelers’ unsecured debt ratings.
The agreement includes a financial covenant requiring the company to maintain at least $17.8 billion of consolidated net worth in excess of goodwill and other intangibles, along with customary restrictive covenants and change-of-control default provisions. Travelers also secured the option, subject to lender consent and conditions, to increase total commitments under the facility to as much as $1.8 billion, enhancing its potential liquidity and financial flexibility.
The most recent analyst rating on (TRV) stock is a Buy with a $345.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Travelers Companies stock, see the TRV Stock Forecast page.
