Travel Expert (Asia) Enterprises Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for August 16, 2022, where it will present the audited financial statements and director reports for the year, declare a final and special dividend of HK0.7 cent per share, and propose re-elections and remuneration authorizations for its directors. Additionally, resolutions will be discussed to approve a share repurchase mandate of up to 10% of issued shares and to extend the general mandate for issuing additional shares not exceeding 20% of issued shares, adjusted for shares repurchased.
