Travel Expert (Asia) Enterprises Limited reported unanimous approval of all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on August 16, 2024, which included the re-election of directors, dividend distributions, and the re-appointment of BDO Limited as the company’s auditor. Shareholders also granted the board general mandates to repurchase and issue shares, alongside an extension to issue additional ordinary shares, with each resolution receiving 100% of the votes in favor.
