Transtech Optelecom Science Holdings Limited ( (HK:9963) ) has shared an update.
Transtech Optelecom Science Holdings Limited has announced a leadership reshuffle effective 26 March 2026, with Chief Executive Officer He Xingfu resigning from the CEO role while remaining as chairman. Industry veteran Zou Li Ming, who brings over two decades of experience in investment, financing and mergers and acquisitions across China, Hong Kong and the U.S., will assume the positions of executive director and CEO on an annual remuneration of HK$1.534 million.
The move is designed to separate the roles of chairman and chief executive, restoring compliance with Hong Kong’s corporate governance code provision A.2.1 after the two posts had been combined since July 2023. The board expects the new structure, together with Mr. Zou’s extensive management background in technology and energy companies, to strengthen execution of the group’s business strategies, enhance operational effectiveness and improve checks and balances for shareholders.
