Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. has announced the approval of a new service agreement with Pampa Energía S.A., along with an addendum to an existing agreement, which combined represent an incremental value of $18.4 million. The agreements concern the provision of transportation and conditioning services for gas from the Sierra Chata Area, with a firm capacity of 3.5 million m3/day, effective until December 31, 2033. The company’s Audit Committee has issued a favorable report on the agreements, affirming their adherence to market standards.
