TransMedics Group Inc (TMDX) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its asset transaction finalization.
TransMedics Group, Inc. and its subsidiary, TransMedics, Inc., have acquired a total of 12 fixed-wing aircraft, adding the latest from Hurricane Express Logistics, Inc. for $13.1 million. This series of acquisitions, intended to support the Company’s National OCS Program, will facilitate the transportation of donor organs as part of its service offerings.
