Transition Evergreen held a successful Mixed General Meeting on June 12, 2024, where shareholders approved the fiscal year financial statements and appointed Madame Catherine Orphelin as an independent director. All twenty-seven resolutions were adopted, reinforcing the company’s commitment to ecological transition and carbon footprint reduction.
