Transense Technologies PLC has announced the appointment of Craig Wilson as an independent non-executive director effective July 1, 2024, bringing extensive experience from his previous CEO role at Williams Advanced Engineering. Additionally, the company is preparing for the retirement of Rodney Westhead, a long-standing independent non-executive director, at the forthcoming annual general meeting in November 2024.
