On March 31, 2026, TransAct Technologies amended its long-standing lease for its primary operating facility in Ithaca, New York, extending the term by five years and six months from April 1, 2026 through September 30, 2031. This extension secures continued use of its main site while initially reducing monthly base rent to $40,022.13 for the first two years, compared with the prior $43,100.75.

From April 1, 2028, the monthly base rent will rise annually from $40,822.57 up to $43,347.04 for the final six months of the extended term, modestly exceeding previous rent levels by the end of the period. The amended lease structure provides near-term cost relief and long-term operational stability at a critical facility, supporting continuity in the company’s core business operations.
