Trans-China Automotive Holdings Ltd. has announced significant changes in its corporate secretariat, with Mr. Lee Wei Hsiung and Ms. Loo Shi Yi stepping in as the new Company Secretaries. These appointments follow the resignation of former Company Secretary Ms. Siau Kuei Lian, effective from September 16, 2024. The company has extended its gratitude to Ms. Siau for her contributions during her tenure.
