TRANCOM Co., Ltd. has announced the suspension of both interim and term-end dividends for the fiscal year ending March 2025 due to a planned private takeover and subsequent delisting by K.K. BCJ-86. Despite previously forecasting a total annual dividend of JPY 148.00 per share, the board has resolved to revise this to JPY 0.00, following the support for the tender offer and the tender offeror’s determination of the purchase price based on nonpayment of dividends.
