TRANCOM Co., Ltd’s board has approved a management buyout (MBO) by K.K. BCJ-86, recommending shareholders to tender their shares at JPY 10,300 per share. The company also plans to delist its shares post-tender offer. Stock Acquisition Rights holders have the discretion to tender their rights, valued at JPY 1 per unit for both the 1st and 2nd series.
