Traka Resources Limited has announced a new proposed issue of securities, which includes a maximum of 172,565,844 options expiring in December 2026 at $0.005 each and 345,131,687 ordinary fully paid shares. The proposed issue date is set for July 10, 2024, as part of a placement or other type of issue to support the company’s growth.
