Traka Resources Limited has announced the appointment of Harvey Kaplan as a director effective from 17 June 2024. Kaplan has a significant vested interest in the company, holding 12,500,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.005 each, expiring on 15 December 2026, through Harshell Investments Pty Ltd, which he controls. The initial director’s interest notice filed to the ASX reveals no other relevant interests in securities or contracts.
