Trainline ( (GB:TRN) ) has provided an update.

Trainline has granted new share-based awards to its top executives under its Performance Share Plan and Deferred Share Bonus Plan, aligning leadership incentives with future company performance. Chief financial officer Peter Wood received a conditional award over 485,752 shares under the PSP, while CEO Jody Ford and Wood were granted deferred bonus awards over 60,140 and 21,573 shares respectively, with all awards granted at nil cost and subject to performance and bonus deferral terms.

The grants, made on 6 May 2026 and executed outside a trading venue, defer a portion of the executives’ FY2026 annual bonuses and will vest according to conditions outlined in Trainline’s forthcoming annual report. The move underscores the company’s continued use of equity-linked remuneration to retain senior management and tie rewards to long-term value creation, in line with UK Market Abuse Regulation disclosure requirements.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:TRN) stock is a Hold with a £2.25 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Trainline stock, see the GB:TRN Stock Forecast page.
