Traffic Technologies Ltd. has announced a new proposal to issue 1,000,000 unlisted convertible notes with the issue date set for 21st October 2024. The announcement, made on 29th August 2024, is pending approval from the ASX for quotation on a deferred settlement basis. This move by Traffic Technologies is aimed at raising capital through a placement or other types of securities issue.
