Traffic Technologies Ltd has announced a change in the director’s interest as Con Liosatos acquired 1,569,602 ordinary shares and an equal number of unlisted options through his superannuation fund. This acquisition was part of an Entitlement Offer, bringing the total shares held by Liosatos to 48,898,367. The options are exercisable at $0.01 per option, expiring in December 2026.
