Traffic Technologies Ltd has disclosed a change in Director Con Liosatos’ shareholdings, where both he and his superannuation fund acquired additional ordinary shares at $0.0062 per share, with no disposals reported. Following these transactions, Liosatos and his fund collectively hold 47,328,765 shares, an increase from their previous holding of 45,312,637 shares.
