Trafalgar Property Group PLC has announced the postponement of a shareholders’ circular originally scheduled for posting by May 31, 2024, due to preliminary discussions of a potential reverse takeover. The company’s shares have been suspended from trading on AIM pending further details or termination of these discussions.
