Trafalgar Property Group PLC has announced the postponement of a shareholders’ circular originally scheduled for posting by May 31, 2024, due to preliminary discussions of a potential reverse takeover. The company’s shares have been suspended from trading on AIM pending further details or termination of these discussions. Shareholders have been advised that the transaction is still uncertain and further updates will be provided.
