The National Securities Market Commission has suspended the trading of TALGO S.A. shares and related securities on the Stock Exchanges and in the Stock Market Interconnection System to allow for dissemination of pertinent information about the company. The suspension, effective from August 27, 2024, is due to the retention of privileged information and is currently ongoing.
