Tracsis PLC has announced that as of October 1, 2024, the total number of issued ordinary shares is 30,350,112, all carrying equal voting rights and with none held in treasury. Shareholders can use this total figure as the denominator to calculate changes in their shareholding interests in compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
