TPXimpact Holdings PLC has announced the appointment of Noel Douglas as its new Chief Financial Officer, set to join by April 2025. Douglas, formerly CFO at AND Digital, brings extensive experience in financial leadership and digital transformation, poised to support TPXimpact’s strategic growth ambitions. Meanwhile, Richard Griffiths will serve as Interim CFO following Steve Winters’ retirement at the end of 2024.
