TPS S.p.A. announced that its Board of Directors, meeting after the recent shareholders’ assembly, has appointed engineer Alessandro Rosso as Chief Executive Officer with broad ordinary and extraordinary management powers. Management responsibilities were also assigned to General Manager engineer Massimiliano Anguillesi and to Dr. Alessandro Scantamburlo, reinforcing the company’s executive structure.

The board approved a policy for independent directors, verified the eligibility and independence requirements of directors and statutory auditors and confirmed the independence of three board members. It also set up a Related Parties Committee and a Strategic Committee and defined remuneration for board members, steps that strengthen governance, oversight and strategic decision‑making as TPS pursues its growth on the Euronext Growth Milan market.
