TPG Telecom Limited has announced the issuance of several unquoted equity securities, including 1,633,473 deferred share rights, 1,870,838 performance rights, and 1,520,497 performance retention rights, all to be issued on May 15, 2024. These securities form part of the company’s employee incentive scheme and are not intended to be quoted on the ASX.
