TPC Consolidated Limited has announced an extension of the Sunset Date for their Scheme Implementation Agreement with Wollar Solar Holding Pty Ltd, moving it from May 31 to July 31, 2024, pending FIRB decision. This extension will allow WSH to fulfill a condition of the agreement, which involves obtaining shareholder approval. TPC advises shareholders that no immediate action is required on their part.
