TPC Consolidated Approaches Key Acquisition Milestones

TPC Consolidated Limited (AU:TPC) has released an update.

TPC Consolidated Limited is set to extend the Sunset Date of their Scheme Implementation Agreement with WSH to December 15, 2024, as they await FIRB approval, with a further extension possible until May 31, 2025, for other conditions. Shareholders are advised that no immediate action is required at this stage. The extension also leads to some amendments to the original agreement, detailed in the attached Annexure to the ASX announcement.
