TP ICap ( (GB:TCAP) ) has shared an update.
TP ICAP has disclosed a series of share transactions involving its top executives following the vesting of awards under its Deferred Bonus Share Plans for 2023, 2024 and 2025, as well as its 2023 Restricted Share Plan. After these awards vested on 31 March 2026, the company’s Employee Benefit Trust released a total of 1,910,861 ordinary shares to Chief Executive Nicolas Breteau, Chief Financial Officer Robin Stewart and Group General Counsel Philip Price.
Each of the three executives sold a portion of their newly vested shares at £2.7075 to cover income tax, national insurance and dealing charges, while retaining the balance, which remains subject to post-vesting holding or retention periods. The transactions, carried out partly off-market and partly on the London Stock Exchange, underscore the scale of TP ICAP’s equity-based remuneration and align senior management’s interests with shareholders through significant ongoing shareholdings.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:TCAP) stock is a Buy with a £320.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on TP ICap stock, see the GB:TCAP Stock Forecast page.
