TP ICAP Group plc has announced a share buyback, where it repurchased 164,815 of its own shares to hold in treasury, with transactions occurring across several trading platforms with a volume-weighted average price of 244.69 pence per share. Post buyback, the company’s total issued share capital comprises 795,390,932 shares, with 34,799,771 in treasury, and the remaining shares amounting to the total voting rights available to shareholders.
