TP ICAP Completes Strategic Share Buyback

TP ICap (GB:TCAP) has released an update.

TP ICAP Group plc has successfully completed a buyback of 386,761 of its own shares at a volume-weighted average price of 241.56 pence per share, to be held in treasury. The transaction, executed through Peel Hunt LLP on the London Stock Exchange, affects the company’s total voting rights, which now stand at 760,755,976 shares. This strategic move aims to manage the company’s capital and potentially increase shareholder value.
