TP ICAP Completes Share Buyback Transaction

TP ICap (GB:TCAP) has released an update.

TP ICAP Group PLC has successfully repurchased 38,936 of its own shares at a unified price of 240 pence per share to hold in treasury, as part of its Share Buyback Programme. This transaction has left the company with 795,390,932 issued ordinary shares, with 35,630,644 in treasury and 759,760,288 shares available to investors for trading, which may affect shareholders’ notification requirements under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
