Toys ‘R’ Us ANZ Limited has announced the issuance of new unquoted equity securities, comprising 793,000 convertible securities and 5,593,804 unlisted loan options, both set to be issued on May 31, 2024. This move, detailed in their recent Appendix 3G filing, is part of a transaction previously communicated to the market and the securities will not be quoted on the ASX.
