Toyo Engineering Corporation has reported an extraordinary income and loss for Q2 2024 following the consolidation of TS Participações e Investimentos S.A. (TSPI) and its subsidiaries. The company recognized a gain of 4,155 million yen from revalued equity in TSPI, and a nearly equivalent loss of 4,154 million yen due to impairment of goodwill. These financial movements are not expected to significantly affect the full-year consolidated financial forecast.
