Towngas China Co has entered into a new Master Pipeline Materials Purchase Agreement with its controlling shareholder, HKCG, effective from January 2025 to December 2027. This agreement involves the purchase of pipeline construction materials, gas meters, and measuring tools, with transactions conducted on normal commercial terms. These continuing connected transactions are subject to reporting and annual review but do not require independent shareholders’ approval due to their scale.
