Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited has announced an adjustment to the conversion price of its convertible bonds from HK$6.18 to HK$6.06 per share, effective from 12 July 2024. This change follows the issue of scrip shares at a value of HK$2.9 each, replacing the cash final dividend with new shares. The total outstanding principal of the convertible bonds is RMB1,835,603,119.35, which will potentially increase the maximum number of shares issued upon full conversion to 365,959,653 shares.
